We are looking for an experienced Market Lead/Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our solutions-driven and customer obsessed team in the heart of Berlin.
This is a global role, working with our partners in which you will be responsible for managing and growing key partnerships to deliver measurable impact. You will work with a cross-functional team in developing strategies and business cases, structuring and executing partnerships and driving strategic initiatives to grow our business.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Become an expert in the markets and their digital health ecosystems
Expand the relationships with existing customers by getting ahead of issues and continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Play an integral part in the initial customer acquisition, and generate new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
