We are looking for an experienced Market Lead/Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our solutions-driven and customer obsessed team in the heart of Berlin. 

This is a global role, working with our partners in which you will be responsible for managing and growing key partnerships to deliver measurable impact. You will work with a cross-functional team in developing strategies and business cases, structuring and executing partnerships and driving strategic initiatives to grow our business.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. 

  • Become an expert in the markets and their digital health ecosystems

  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by getting ahead of issues and continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

  • Play an integral part in the initial customer acquisition, and generate new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

  • A proactive relationship-builder and networker with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for building a deep understanding of customer needs

  • Prior experience in Account Management or as a Market Lead

  • Prior experience with market launch for digital products/services

  • Excellent time and project management skills

  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines

  • Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude

  • You are fluent in English, any additional language is a plus

  • Experience in healthcare, hospitality, insurance or other related industry
