In this role you will be responsible for making sure that our product works and is updated for both our Customers and End-users as well as managing 2nd level support for our B2B customers.
- Managing a team which will provide 2nd level customer support for our B2B customers all over the world
- Managing a team which is responsible for making sure that our products are updated and translated to all our languages
- Making sure that our documentation and training materials provided to our Customers are updated and well understood
- Making sure that our documentation and FAQs facing towards our end-users is updated and well understood
- Collecting and responding to end-user feedback and providing it towards Product team
- Measure customer and end-user satisfaction with our Product
